    Unless your kitchen is stocked with very uncommon ingredients and spices, most of these recipes won’t work for you. I’ve never even heard of some of them. I’m glad this book was free.

    Good intro if you want to know what being on a Keto diet can look like. The recipes are not that appetizing to me though, it feels like I’m on a “diet”, one meal is just 160 cals! It’ll be hard to cheat my brain into thinking that I’m not depriving myself of treats.

    This is pretty good, I wish I had it in book form instead of on my Kindle. The meals are very doable and it’s pretty well-written for what it is. Not the only thing you need for doing keto but I would still recommend it..
