    A wonderful book that is a great aid in helping lose those extra pounds. It is easy to use, ingredients do not call for exotic spices, and can be swapped for other days. It really helps keep you on track. I highly recommend this to everyone who wants to eat a good sensible diet.

    Wonderful ! Had to buy another copy recently because I actually wore the other one out! My Dr had lost a lot of weight and she recommended it to me. Have incorporated this and the Sonoma plan and have been very pleased for 5 years now……except when I’m bad ! Then I just jump back in to this Mediterranean lifestyle.

    It was a good book and I would recommend it. The menus are kind of bland, and the diet is severe, but if you need results quick, this book gets you on the right track quickly. Probably not sustainable for long term use as I see it tho.
